FAQs

Fair questions

The money bit

What does it cost my client?

A flat 2% interest charge on the premium. That's it. No application fee and no merchant fee.

When are the two instalments due?

The first lands on the insurance due date (based on the earliest policy start date). The second follows 14 days later. We work out both amounts automatically and split them evenly, so nobody needs a calculator.

How can clients pay?

Amex Corporate, Visa or Mastercard, or direct debit if they prefer. Pay by card and the reward points roll in as usual.

The set-up bit

Can't clients just pay by credit card through BPAY?

Most banks say no to BPAY from a credit card. ArtevaPay says yes to the card, splits the premium in two and lets your client keep their points.

Do I need to integrate it with my broking platform?

Nope. ArtevaPay is a standalone link on your invoice. Payments reconcile through your existing Arteva processes, so there's nothing to plug in.

Where does ArtevaPay fit alongside premium funding?

ArtevaPay is for clients who'd otherwise pay in full. Premium funding spreads the cost across the policy term. Pop both on the same invoice and let your client pick.

Can clients upload statements, or do they need invoices?

Either works. Your client can upload invoices or insurance statements.
