The basics

Who is Arteva?

Arteva Funding helps businesses pay for their insurance, across Australia and New Zealand. We work with insurance brokers, so you'll usually meet us through yours. More than 130,000 clients use us every year.

Why is ArtevaPay on my invoice?

Your broker has added it as another way to pay, next to options like BPAY and Post Billpay. It's there if you want it. Pay another way if you don't.

Do I have to use it?

Not at all. It's one option on your invoice. Your cover is the same however you pay.

How is this different from premium funding?

ArtevaPay is for people who'd otherwise pay in full. It splits the premium into two payments, 14 days apart. Premium funding spreads the cost across the policy term. Your broker can tell you which suits you better.

The money bit

What does it cost?

A flat 2% interest charge on your premium. No application fee and no card surcharge on top.

When are the two instalments due?

The first is due on your insurance due date (based on the earliest policy start date). The second follows 14 days later. Both are split evenly and worked out for you.

How can I pay?

Amex Corporate, Visa or Mastercard. Direct debit works too.

Will I still earn points?

If your card normally earns points, it should here too. Your card issuer makes that call, not us.

Can I pay more than one invoice?

Yes. Upload several invoices or insurance statements in one go.

If something goes wrong

What if a payment doesn't go through?

We'll get in touch to sort it out. If you know a payment is going to bounce, call us first on 1300 137 037.

Still got questions?
Depends what kind.

About your cover? Ask your broker. They know your policy, renewals and what's covered.
